Beyond real estate, Tim is the Founder of the Nexus Brass Quintet and serves as Lecturer of Tuba at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, where he inspires the next generation of musicians. A proud U.S. Army veteran, Tim served with distinction in the U.S. Army Europe and Africa Band & Chorus, as well as the United States Army, experiences that shaped his work ethic, leadership, and community spirit.
When he’s not helping clients find their perfect home or performing, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and son, exploring Colorado’s beauty, and creating harmony both in music and in life.
